Abarrotz Solera came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 28th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abarrotz Solera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, amando iglesias's Dante Lacasa threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nestor Gonzáles, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abarrotz Solera having to interfere. Abarrotz Solera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Abarrotz Solera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 37th minute of the match. Luca Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 74 minutes into the match, Luca Zorita notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of amando iglesias's Abarrotz Solera. Abarrotz Solera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 76th match minute, amando iglesias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Ostots to maneuver through the defense. amando iglesias's Abarrotz Solera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 78th minute of play. Raúl Martínez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than amando iglesias throughout the match.
