Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Michalis Telakis kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of play forced PAOK-RE4's goalkeeper Manolis Apostolakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Kyriakos Kortselis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manolis Apostolakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michalis Telakis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Manolis Apostolakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Konstantinos Tavlaridis kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Manolis Apostolakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute Kyriakos Kortselis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manolis Apostolakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manolis Apostolakis. Manolis Apostolakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, PAOK-RE4's Aggelos Stathoulis got a free kick in the 56th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Kyriakos Kortselis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PAOK-RE4's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 60th minute, Kyriakos Kortselis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kyriakos Kortselis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manolis Apostolakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 64th minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyriakos Kortselis, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute, Alexandros Italianos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Michalis Telakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Manolis Apostolakis in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manolis Apostolakis having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ecuador players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
