Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis kicked off to start the match. Cãlin Damaschin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cassius Byrne went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. CERRO PORTEÑO's 任棋振 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Raphael Moore in the 6 minute of the game. In the 13th minute Zach Harrison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cãlin Damaschin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Jacob May recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cãlin Damaschin. Jacob May showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. CERRO PORTEÑO made a substitution. Moreno Martins replaced 任棋振. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by CERRO PORTEÑO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. Cassius Byrne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cãlin Damaschin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by 王树帆 in the 37th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cãlin Damaschin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jenson Smith in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute of the match USA got a corner. CERRO PORTEÑO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cassius Byrne ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gabino Ojeda was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 43 minutes into the match. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CERRO PORTEÑO! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cassius Byrne made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Cãlin Damaschin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA were furious when Raphael Moore was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The audience was convinced that Monty Rogers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cãlin Damaschin was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Cãlin Damaschin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Monty Rogers in the 70th minute. Marco Day made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis in the 73rd minute. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Cãlin Damaschin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. In the 79th minute USA were awarded a corner. Jenson Smith went to the cornerflag to take it. Marco Baker scored 4-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cãlin Damaschin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis got free with Marco Day in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob May came free, but Cãlin Damaschin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khalid Parry took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cãlin Damaschin. Cãlin Damaschin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. USA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
