Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luciano Gipuzkoa kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Nofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Dieguito Maradona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albino Nofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute of play. Talleres's Albino Nofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 14th minute of play. Albino Nofre came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albino Nofre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Ermengol came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albino Nofre. Albino Nofre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Albino Nofre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita scored 0-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albino Nofre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albino Nofre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 32nd minute of the match. A collision led to Talleres getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Luciano Gipuzkoa hit a great ball. Albino Nofre didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Albino Nofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Francisco Odilon's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Odilon helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Odilon didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albino Nofre was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Villagra didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cristian Sancho fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Cristian Sancho a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Gipuzkoa came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Albino Nofre in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Nofre having to interfere. Albino Nofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 57th minute of play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Gipuzkoa in the 59th minute of play. The corner led to Ecuador's Felix Montes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Talleres's goalkeeper Albino Nofre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Albino Nofre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 83rd minute. After a rather tough play, Talleres's Matias Catalan got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 92nd match minute, Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Gipuzkoa to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Nofre having to interfere.
