With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albert Remus in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xencio Millan saved Cardiff City FC from getting behind. Albert Remus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xencio Millan having to interfere. BESTIA GDAŃSK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jozef Goegebeur in the 24th minute. After a rather tough play, Cardiff City FC's Augusto Santio got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute Jozef Goegebeur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xencio Millan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albert Remus was the one to do the kick off. If Jozef Goegebeur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xencio Millan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Remus, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Leszek Huchro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Efraim in the 58th minute of play. Bartosz Gad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute Celso Walme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Huchro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celso Walme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Xencio Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szymon Maziarski in the 81st minute of play. In the 94th minute, Janusz Pieprz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, BESTIA GDAŃSK's goalkeeper Leszek Huchro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celso Walme. The BESTIA GDAŃSK support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
