In the 3rd minute Albert Remus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Ruszkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Robert Doicaru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zgierskie Zlewy's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Doicaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leszek Huchro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute of the match, Hadi Özilhan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leszek Huchro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 15 minutes into the match, Robert Doicaru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leszek Huchro. BESTIA GDAŃSK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Doicaru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jozef Goegebeur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Zgierskie Zlewy's Leszek Huchro threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hadi Özilhan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by BESTIA GDAŃSK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Robert Doicaru was slow to take the kick. During this time Zgierskie Zlewy's players had a chance to rest. Zgierskie Zlewy's Robert Doicaru was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leszek Huchro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enginalp Kayaalp in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leszek Huchro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolf King in the 21st managed to get into a good position. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albert Remus to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Zgierskie Zlewy's Robert Doicaru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leszek Huchro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 58th minute Robert Doicaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Huchro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karol Ruszkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albert Remus in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Zgierskie Zlewy's Robert Doicaru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leszek Huchro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leszek Huchro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Doicaru in the 63rd minute of the match. Bartosz Gad took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karol Ruszkowski. Karol Ruszkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Robert Doicaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leszek Huchro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Albert Remus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karol Ruszkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Zgierskie Zlewy made a substitution. Krzysztof Petrasz replaced Zdzislaw Moczkiewicz. Zgierskie Zlewy's Dobromir Rukszcz was substituted for Norbert Podowski. In the 84th minute Robert Doicaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Huchro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zgierskie Zlewy's Karol Ruszkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Zgierskie Zlewy from getting a goal against them. After 91 played minutes Zgierskie Zlewy got a freekick which was hit by Krzysztof Petrasz. Krzysztof Petrasz hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Karol Ruszkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jozef Goegebeur, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
