Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jan-Olof Bergman took the kick off in the first half of the match. Roland Backman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 4th minute of play. Lars-Erik Wik kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Roland Backman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roland Backman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roland Backman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 28th minute of play forced Kåge BF's goalkeeper Roland Backman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roland Backman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Kåge BF's Roland Backman managed to reach the ball for a save. Roland Backman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of play. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roland Backman having to make a save. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Andreas King received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Roland Backman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 54th minute of play forced Kåge BF's goalkeeper Roland Backman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars-Erik Wik in the 57th minute of the match. Luis Andino made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Kåge BF's Roland Backman managed to reach the ball for a save. Kåge BF's Roland Backman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, Kåge BF's Roland Backman got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Lars-Erik Wik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roland Backman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 71st minute of the match. Roland Backman came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 76th match minute, Kåge BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Ohara to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roland Backman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Walter Ohara hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Jan-Olof Bergman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Roland Backman was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-4. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Roland Backman made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas King in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
