Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. İrfan Attar started the match with the kick off. FC Urzicuța's Sandu Vlaicu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Urzicuța's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Luz Tejedor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sandu Vlaicu quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of FC Urzicuța booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Alvarado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by İrfan Attar in the 34th minute. Sandu Vlaicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Urzicuța's Kulabhusana Karabashlykov got a free kick in the 39th minute. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 minutes FC Urzicuța's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. Peru's Luz Tejedor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sandu Vlaicu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 43 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandu Vlaicu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Aurel Beldeanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Aurel Beldeanu came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandu Vlaicu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. The supporters of Peru booed when FC Urzicuța was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Ursino didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, FC Urzicuța's Sandu Vlaicu got control of the ball when Milagros Fraga tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by İrfan Attar in the 58th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Milagros Fraga got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Kulabhusana Karabashlykov hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Sandu Vlaicu made a huge save. Sandu Vlaicu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, FC Urzicuța's Sandu Vlaicu got control of the ball when Luz Tejedor tried to sneak it across the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Aurel Beldeanu came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Urzicuța made a substitution. Sorin Bârlă replaced İrfan Attar. Kulabhusana Karabashlykov kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Sandu Vlaicu made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. After 78 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sandu Vlaicu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute Aurel Beldeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru made a substitution.
