Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Radomir Gazenov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 3rd minute of play. Radomir Gazenov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Radomir Gazenov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Laziali's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Radomir Gazenov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Radomir Gazenov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Radomir Gazenov. Radomir Gazenov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 19th minute of play forced Laziali's goalkeeper Radomir Gazenov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radomir Gazenov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Radomir Gazenov. Laziali's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Vergil Belyov hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Luis Andino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radomir Gazenov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Laziali's Blagoy Dabizhev got a free kick in the 34th minute. After 35 played minutes, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Radomir Gazenov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. Milen Kaydzhiev hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Gazenov having to interfere. Cristian Sancho scored 0-4 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radomir Gazenov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Naum Mentov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Felix Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Radomir Gazenov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Doncho Tzvetkov took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Laziali's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Radomir Gazenov made a huge save. 70 minutes into the match, Laziali's goalkeeper Radomir Gazenov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Agustín Saelices struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Radomir Gazenov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Gazenov having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Felix Montenegro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Radomir Gazenov. That made the score 1-6 after 82 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Luis Andino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radomir Gazenov was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. When Luis Andino came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Andino couldn't finish the play. 88 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Radomir Gazenov. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Radomir Gazenov. That made the score 1-8 in the 92 minute of play. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Laziali throughout the match.
