Lucjan Szkarpiak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jax Williamson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Zhuo Xuan Yu made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Jan Dixon sent off a good shot on target. 14 minutes into the match, Juliszew SSA's goalkeeper Zhuo Xuan Yu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Dixon. Jax Williamson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucjan Szkarpiak's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Luka Harris might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zhuo Xuan Yu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luka Harris ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rohan Watson in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zhuo Xuan Yu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Koby Wright's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zhuo Xuan Yu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Canada's Luka Harris sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zhuo Xuan Yu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 37 minutes Juliszew SSA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Koby Wright who took care of the corner kick. In the 41st minute, Koby Wright made a precise shot to the right of Zhuo Xuan Yu. Juliszew SSA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Zhuo Xuan Yu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oto Mur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jan Dixon ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jan Dixon made a great header on Canada's corner, it was just that Juliszew SSA's Zhuo Xuan Yu managed to reach the ball for a save.
