Válter Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Alfonso Aquilino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Válter Tasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Attilio Pani struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for forsal FC. Venezuela were furious when Rigoberto Mina was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 15 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 20th minute, forsal FC's Emiliano Lucchetta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Attilio Pani in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Attilio Pani sent off a good shot on target. forsal FC's Válter Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Attilio Pani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Attilio Pani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Lucchetta in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Franco Fortunato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alfonso Aquilino was slow to take the kick. During this time forsal FC's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in Bianco Primavera drilling the ball in to score 5-0 behind Venezuela's goalkeeper.

The supporters of forsal FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Attilio Pani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Attilio Pani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the game, Attilio Pani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by forsal FC's Attilio Pani. But to his dismay, Attilio Pani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. After 80 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute Alfonso Aquilino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Fabio Allemandi in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas. Attilio Pani scored 9-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
