The audience was convinced that Sebastian Dulka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. 15 minutes into the match, De hijgende Hertjes's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Kevin Zilverberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 40 played minutes De hijgende Hertjes got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Dulka. The supporters of De hijgende Hertjes booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When De hijgende Hertjes's Sebastian Dulka in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 55th match minute, De hijgende Hertjes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Han Kostermans to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 58 minutes, Moises Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Dulka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. After 63 played minutes De hijgende Hertjes got a freekick which was hit by Isac Dichiseanu. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Dulka in the 65th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Leendert Zuurman in the 72nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. 77 minutes into the match, De hijgende Hertjes's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Kevin Zilverberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Dulka kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 82 minutes, Edmundo Espiga mouthed his way into the referee's book.
