Noel Seide was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dane Friebe showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. After 17 minutes, Lucas Leiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gärsnäs BF and the Haiti players grew even worse after the yellow card. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
