Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Cantona in the 3rd minute. In the 5th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Forseth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Joachim Forseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joachim Forseth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Erik Cantona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joachim Forseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 21st minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Saga TF's Erik Cantona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thiago Pliego was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Erik Cantona capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erik Cantona really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. Erik Cantona might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Pliego. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erik Cantona ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Erik Cantona tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saga TF's Joachim Forseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 45th minute of play. A collision led to Saga TF getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jo Gvardiol hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erik Cantona to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Cantona in the 56th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joachim Forseth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Saga TF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest.
