Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ignacio Alvarez started the match with the kick off. Joaquin Prats hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. When Valko Nanyov fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GARGOYLES's protests and gave Valko Nanyov a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 played minutes GARGOYLES got a freekick which was hit by Valko Nanyov. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Julian Murillo sped through GARGOYLES's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nayden Vúlev. After a rather tough play, GARGOYLES's Antonio Sciotto got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute of the match Luz Tejedor sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nayden Vúlev skillfully saved the ball. Nayden Vúlev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milagros Fraga in the 15th minute of play. Peru were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after GARGOYLES's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. In the 16th minute, one of GARGOYLES:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GARGOYLES. Luz Tejedor placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 20th minute, GARGOYLES's Slavyan Mechkuev dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind GARGOYLES's goalkeeper Nayden Vúlev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Rolando Noboa managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when GARGOYLES's Ignacio Alvarez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. GARGOYLES's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Slavyan Mechkuev in the 27th minute. The corner ended in Slavyan Mechkuev almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Peru's Rolando Noboa did a great save. Milagros Fraga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nayden Vúlev having to make a save. In the 32nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nayden Vúlev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nayden Vúlev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Afonsinho Fernandes made in the 37th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Antonio Sciotto. A sloppy throw-in by Afonsinho Fernandes in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Joaquin Prats. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Ignacio Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot. GARGOYLES's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacio Alvarez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Eliseo Mina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nayden Vúlev. GARGOYLES's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseo Mina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Nayden Vúlev stood somewhat misplaced when Julian Murillo came free in front of goal and shot 1-4 to the left of him in the 60 minute. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Alvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. GARGOYLES's Slavyan Mechkuev got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julian Murillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Nayden Vúlev when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 75th minute Ignacio Alvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. The supporters of Peru booed when GARGOYLES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. 李永乐 Appleton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eliseo Mina's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Nayden Vúlev - 1-5 was put on the score board in the 88th minute. Nayden Vúlev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Gallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Nayden Vúlev in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Peru players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
