Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) CLAYMORE COUNTRY's Gilbert Bonsaint started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Anísio Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Day was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 5th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Maciel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, USA's Edward Mcdonald got a free kick in the 5th minute. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Anísio Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 9th minute of the match CLAYMORE COUNTRY got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sten Lindell ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gilbert Bonsaint could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. Edward Mcdonald scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Maciel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Bonsaint came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by CLAYMORE COUNTRY's Gilbert Bonsaint. But to his dismay, Gilbert Bonsaint quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Arantes in the 29th minute of play. In the 31stth minute of the game Cassius Byrne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CLAYMORE COUNTRY's Lucas Maciel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Bonsaint in the 33rd minute of play. Koby Fletcher's late challenge caught a CLAYMORE COUNTRY's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Koby Fletcher helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Koby Fletcher to maneuver through the defense. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Bonsaint, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cassius Byrne made a kick off. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Lucas Maciel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When CLAYMORE COUNTRY's Anísio Azevedo in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. In the 58th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Maciel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Maciel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Cassius Byrne managed to get in a good position for a shot. USA's supporters rose to their feet, but Cassius Byrne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Maciel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Mcdonald got free with Lucas Maciel in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. If Gilbert Bonsaint had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, CLAYMORE COUNTRY's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Baker came free, but Lucas Maciel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilbert Bonsaint sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Day didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Washington Arantes went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. USA's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because CLAYMORE COUNTRY had won, even though USA had held more of the ball.
