Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emanuel Barbu took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Leonardo Leoz got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 13 minutes into the game, one of FC Szczucin:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 14 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Iwan Swoboda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Mexico booed when FC Szczucin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmund Walentowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Lautaro Mancebo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iwan Swoboda was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iwan Swoboda. FC Szczucin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. FC Szczucin's Emanuel Barbu got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, FC Szczucin's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Iwan Swoboda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes FC Szczucin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Szczucin's Iwan Swoboda did a great save. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Luca Zorita hit a great ball. Iwan Swoboda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 39th minute of the match. FC Szczucin's Iwan Swoboda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 42nd minute of play. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Iwan Swoboda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iwan Swoboda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Edmund Walentowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, FC Szczucin's Iwan Swoboda got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, FC Szczucin's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Iwan Swoboda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Luca Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iwan Swoboda saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Barbu in the 68th minute of play. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Szczucin's goalie prevented a goal. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in FC Szczucin's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iwan Swoboda came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, FC Szczucin's goalkeeper Iwan Swoboda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Facundo Cadaval. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
