Armando Amarita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 31st minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernán Moyano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robin Brandt kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Pawel Zbydniowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pawel Zbydniowski ran back to his position shaking his head. ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s Armando Amarita got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emre Wölfle in the 43rd minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emre Wölfle was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Emre Wölfle came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernán Moyano having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emre Wölfle in the 66th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 67th minute. 71 minutes in the game Robin Brandt did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Armando Amarita. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valer Zăvoianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescass short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Fernán Moyano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 78th minute, Armando Amarita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the game, Adriano Cienfuegos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After a rather tough play, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s Adriano Cienfuegos got a free kick in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Emre Wölfle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Emre Wölfle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
