Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ollie Norwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Ramsdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mount Pleasant FC's goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Ollie Norwood stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Ollie Norwood tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aaron Ramsdal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 31 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aaron Ramsdal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dallas Kuch in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Ramsdal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustín Saelices got free with Aaron Ramsdal in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luis Andino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Aaron Ramsdal made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ollie Norwood in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aaron Ramsdal could save by the left post. Aaron Ramsdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dallas Kuch in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Ramsdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Luis Andino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aaron Ramsdal. Luis Andino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Mount Pleasant FC's Aaron Ramsdal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Mount Pleasant FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dallas Kuch in the 79th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
