Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ollie Norwood in the 7th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Ollie Norwood managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mount Pleasant FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ollie Norwood was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11thth minute of the game Ollie Norwood who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ollie Norwood in the 12th minute. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Dallas Kuch put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Aaron Ramsdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Mount Pleasant FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. When Eavan Mcjunkin came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Mount Pleasant FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eavan Mcjunkin couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 24 in the game by Ollie Norwood from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. If Eavan Mcjunkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aaron Ramsdal having to make a save. Mount Pleasant FC's Aaron Ramsdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Mount Pleasant FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cain Barker didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Mount Pleasant FC's Dallas Kuch dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eavan Mcjunkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Mount Pleasant FC's Eavan Mcjunkin got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dallas Kuch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute of the match Mount Pleasant FC got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dale Clack ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Dale Clack almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Dallas Kuch struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mount Pleasant FC. After having played for 64 minutes, Eavan Mcjunkin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mount Pleasant FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eavan Mcjunkin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ollie Norwood, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aaron Ramsdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. The supporters of Mount Pleasant FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Ramsdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Mount Pleasant FC's Aaron Ramsdal got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cain Barker made in the 91st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dallas Kuch immediately put the ball in play. When the referee ended the match the Mount Pleasant FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
