Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivo de Sousa in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Alberto Tafalla reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ernesto Padro. The goal made the score 1-0. The audience was convinced that Ivo de Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo de Sousa in the 12th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivo de Sousa in the 14th minute of play. Bacho Team were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hernan Ferrando took the corner. Bacho Team's Hernan Ferrando was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 21 minutes into the match, Bacho Team's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Ernesto Padro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Padro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Lautaro Mancebo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Ivo de Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 33rd minute of play forced Bacho Team's goalkeeper Ernesto Padro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesto Padro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Bacho Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The corner led to Mexico's Felix Luque getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivo de Sousa to make the kick off. Ernesto Padro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 56th minute of the match. Ivo de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 67th minute of play forced Bacho Team's goalkeeper Ernesto Padro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa was a little too slow when Ivo de Sousa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 75th match minute, Bacho Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Bernabel to maneuver through the defense. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Padro having to interfere. After having played for 87 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Luca Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Padro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivo de Sousa in the 91st minute. Ernesto Padro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Mexico were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bacho Team for a fine match.
