Soběslav's Tomáš Gajdoš was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bernard Nakonieczny was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the game, one of Soběslav:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Daniel Zorita scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clemente Dante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clemente Dante was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Oto Jágr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 28th minute of the match, Luděk Lupač got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julio Vera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 68th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Clemente Dante. Soběslav's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Clemente Dante. That made the score 0-6 in the 71 minute of play. Clemente Dante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soběslav's Clemente Dante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Soběslav from getting a goal against them. After 77 played minutes Soběslav got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Urbášek. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clemente Dante guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Clemente Dante made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Luis Andino sent off a good shot on target. After 94 played minutes Soběslav got a freekick which was hit by Gláuber Matos. After 96 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Dante was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
