In the 11th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Passa o Tanque MZ booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guilherme Rauh in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 21stth minute of the game Guilherme Rauh who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Guilherme Rauh struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Passa o Tanque MZ. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Passa o Tanque MZ's Ronaldinho Teixeira. But to his dismay, Ronaldinho Teixeira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. A throw-in in the 46th minute of the game was made by Jano Freire with Aloísio Lopez as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guilherme Rauh in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Passa o Tanque MZ booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aloísio Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Passa o Tanque MZ's Ronaldinho Teixeira got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Passa o Tanque MZ's Diamantino Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Guilherme Rauh left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Passa o Tanque MZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Passa o Tanque MZ.
