Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sjaak Degens kicked off to start the match. After 8 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sjaak Degens's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruud Reinders in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Buitenhout FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hannibal Lecter to maneuver through the defense. Tudor Mihoc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iwo Wietrzychowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iwo Wietrzychowski in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Ferry Hebels stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Ferry Hebels tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62ndth minute of the game Ruud Reinders who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacobus Spoel during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sjaak Degens in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruud Reinders in the 66th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Sjaak Degens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sjaak Degens in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute Iwo Wietrzychowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sjaak Degens in the 82nd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Wietrzychowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Buitenhout FC's Ted Fokkelman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Toni Schirring's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toni Schirring helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd minute, Toni Schirring hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the game, Patricio Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buitenhout FC the free kick. In the 96th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Buitenhout FC.
