Cyryl Klawke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mieszko Kajdasz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. The supporters of KSG Kozłowa Góra booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mieszko Kajdasz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyprian Sokol, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, KSG Kozłowa Góra's Wit Gieraltowski got a free kick in the 50th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Mieszko Lichorobiec managed to get in a good position for a shot. KSG Kozłowa Góra's supporters rose to their feet, but Mieszko Lichorobiec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute Mieszko Kajdasz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cyryl Klawke went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, KSG Kozłowa Góra's Ludomir Maurycy got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Mieszko Lichorobiec had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The referee ignored KSG Kozłowa Góra's protests and gave Zdzislaw Marchefka a yellow card for diving instead. Venezuela's Roberto Ocampo was substituted for Joshua Secada. After 76 played minutes KSG Kozłowa Góra got a freekick which was hit by Zdzislaw Marchefka. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Vytautas Aleknius came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the KSG Kozłowa Góra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vytautas Aleknius couldn't finish the play. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyryl Klawke in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Cyprian Sokol notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
