MILANS's Fortunato Basilico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Luca Espinar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th minute, Xosepin Amer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.C. MILANS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kazimir Vrebac was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Basilico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fortunato Basilico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Valentín Carvallo got a free kick in the 64th minute. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimir Vrebac in the 65th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, A.C. MILANS's Kazimir Vrebac nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Edmundo Espigas short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Fortunato Basilico to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fortunato Basilico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 78th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Fortunato Basilico skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 86th minute, one of Honduras:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Honduras. Arrigo Orrore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere.
