Denis Rivas was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. Paso FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Rivas in the 20th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oktay Eğriöz went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Mira Pene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Paso FC's Mira Pene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 41st minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Ubelteso, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mira Pene read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mira Pene saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Oktay Eğriöz made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Sotelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. A sloppy throw-in by Damien Law in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Abram Secada took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Mira Pene to make any attempt to save it. Mira Pene showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 79th minute of the match. Kevin Mastache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mira Pene took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mira Pene was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pascual Carballar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 92 minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
