Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Roque Acosta started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Roque Acosta got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Acosta in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute Roque Acosta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornelio Garaile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cornelio Garaile got free with Julio Vera in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Acosta in the 22nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Acosta in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Roque Acosta made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hector Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Tiburones Pacufantásticos's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Hector Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Tiburones Pacufantásticos defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Pedroso. The Tiburones Pacufantásticos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Pedroso should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Hector Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diego Rafe hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Diego Rafe charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Rafe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Diego Rafe got a free kick in the 65th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Acosta in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Garaile came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Pedroso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hector Pedroso. That made the score 2-3 in the 77 minute of play. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador played a much better game than Tiburones Pacufantásticos and deserved their victory. The Tiburones Pacufantásticos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
