Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Jeronimo Errapel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Arias in the 6th minute of the match. Bonifacio Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 15th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as SOUTH THUNDER's Bonifacio Arias slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. In the 32nd minute, Jeronimo Errapel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Raymond during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SOUTH THUNDER's Augusto Raymond got a free kick in the 34th minute. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 43rd minute of play forced SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper Sebastian Xabier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Xabier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Errapel in the 53rd minute of play. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Sebastian Xabier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Arias came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bonifacio Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Arias came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jeronimo Errapel who took care of the corner kick. Augusto Procopio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastian Xabier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Bonifacio Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Jeronimo Errapel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Sebastian Xabier in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Alex Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeronimo Errapel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee ended the match the SOUTH THUNDER players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
