Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 played minutes Aston Birra got a freekick which was hit by Quico Machado. 6 minutes into the match, Aston Birra's Naldo Rallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ander Salan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ander Salan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th match minute, Aston Birra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aya Montes to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montenegro. In the 19th minute, Rodas Japón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute, Naldo Rallo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aston Birra's Ander Salan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Aston Birra's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Ander Salan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ander Salan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 28th minute of the match. Ander Salan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ander Salan came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Aston Birra's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ander Salan came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 42 minutes into the match, Aston Birra's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Ander Salan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Luis Andino made a precise shot to the right of Ander Salan. Aston Birra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Naldo Rallo to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes Aston Birra got a freekick which was hit by Rodas Japón. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 59 minutes into the match, Aston Birra's goalkeeper Ander Salan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. 63 minutes into the match, Aston Birra's goalkeeper Ander Salan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustín Saelices. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ander Salan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 70thth minute of the game Felix Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aston Birra's Ander Salan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Felix Montes fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Felix Montes a yellow card for diving instead. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ander Salan. That made the score 0-4 in the 74 minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ander Salan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ander Salan. That made the score 0-6 in the 89 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Ander Salan in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aston Birra's goalkeeper Ander Salan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Aston Birra throughout the match.
