Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nereo Cacheres. Nereo Cacheres might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nereo Cacheres ran back to his position shaking his head. 14 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Albano Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Unzueta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Ecuador's Felix Montes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Albano Unzueta in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 22 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Cacheres in the 23rd minute of the match. Pablo-Enrique Alabern received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Dabi Vila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Dabi Vila tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Montenegro hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nereo Cacheres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Dabi Vila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Cacheres in the 53rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Leandro Merino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 63 played minutes Los once leones Ourense got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Cacheres. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 65th minute. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dabi Vila went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 70 minutes into the game, Los once leones Ourense's Nereo Cacheres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With a little luck, Los once leones Ourense's Albano Unzueta got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dabi Vila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dabi Vila in the 92nd minute of the match. After 93 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. In the 94th match minute, Los once leones Ourense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Calvo to maneuver through the defense. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but Los once leones Ourense were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
