Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jeronimo Errapel made the kick off which started today's match. Conrado Emesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute of play forced SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper Sebastian Xabier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of SOUTH THUNDER's goalie and right to Luis Andino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. SOUTH THUNDER's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Sebastian Xabier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 12th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, SOUTH THUNDER's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Sebastian Xabier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Xabier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play. Valentin Sindo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. SOUTH THUNDER's Sebastian Xabier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastian Xabier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Jeronimo Errapel could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. Santiago Bautista kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. SOUTH THUNDER's Sebastian Xabier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 40th minute of play. Sebastian Xabier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Cristian Sancho almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SOUTH THUNDER's Sebastian Xabier did a great save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 54th minute. Julio Vera had in the 60thth minute some difficulties stopping Jeronimo Errapel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Sebastian Xabier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Daniel Zorita got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 71st minute, Augusto Procopio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bonifacio Arias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Sebastian Xabier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Sebastian Xabier made a huge save. In the 97th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Arias in the 98th minute of play. The Ecuador players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
