Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Slavoljub Bukovec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slavoljub Bukovec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Zorita scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Slavoljub Bukovec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th match minute, NK FOLKROLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viljem Prinčič to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Daniel Zorita in the 13th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Slavoljub Bukovec's left hand side. Cristian Sancho scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Slavoljub Bukovec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. NK FOLKROLA's Slavoljub Bukovec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 20th minute of play. After having played for 22 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Slavoljub Bukovec was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of NK FOLKROLA's Slavoljub Bukovec. Slavoljub Bukovec was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Slavoljub Bukovec. Slavoljub Bukovec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Felix Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Slavoljub Bukovec didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After a rather tough play, NK FOLKROLA's Viljem Prinčič got a free kick in the 45th minute. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Daniel Zorita sped through NK FOLKROLA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Slavoljub Bukovec. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mirko Ileršič was the one to do the kick off. Slavoljub Bukovec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Daniel Zorita had several of the NK FOLKROLA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 61 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Slavoljub Bukovec was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. 72 minutes into the match, NK FOLKROLA's goalkeeper Slavoljub Bukovec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 74th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Slavoljub Bukovec was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. 78 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Slavoljub Bukovec. NK FOLKROLA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. Slavoljub Bukovec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 81st minute. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Slavoljub Bukovec having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Slavoljub Bukovec however easily saved by the left post. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
