The referee ignored Los once leones Ourense's protests and gave Sebastián Paz a yellow card for diving instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Dabi Vila sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo-Enrique Alabern in the 76th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nereo Cacheres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. The Uruguay supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Los once leones Ourense's performance. The match ended with a win for Los once leones Ourense.
