The audience thought a goal was coming when Aleksander Kissel got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksander Kissel came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th match minute, FA Sandtown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomil Narbut to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 21st minute really tested Jonathan Ferrant's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aleksander Kissel got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the game, Benoit Van Bettenrode cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aleksander Kissels short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 33rd minute of the match FA Sandtown got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Benoit Van Bettenrode ran over to the corner to take the kick. 34 minutes into the game, Benoit Van Bettenrode cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Venezuela booed when FA Sandtown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benoit Van Bettenrode didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aleksander Kissel went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. FA Sandtown's Aleksander Kissel got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benoit Van Bettenrode took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The supporters of FA Sandtown booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. FA Sandtown made a substitution. Janusz Koczara replaced Aleksander Kissel. After 66 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Janusz Koczara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janusz Koczara in the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janusz Koczara in the 76th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Janusz Koczara in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janusz Koczara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 88 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. FA Sandtown's Benoit Van Bettenrode got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 91 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. FA Sandtown's Benoit Van Bettenrode got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Janusz Koczara's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FA Sandtown fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
