Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Burhanettin Berkkan made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Teoman Renan came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, 9 єуℓϋℓ 1922's Burhanettin Berkkan got control of the ball when Monty Rogers tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Cassius Byrne made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Teoman Renan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Day was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 56th minute of the match, Concetto Chelodi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marco Day was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A well-hit corner resulted in Jacob May heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 65th minute of play forced 9 єуℓϋℓ 1922's goalkeeper Burhanettin Berkkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Burhanettin Berkkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Campbell in the 86th minute of the match. Teoman Renan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. Burhanettin Berkkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Marco Baker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Burhanettin Berkkan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Burhanettin Berkkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Campbell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. USA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
