Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 4th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Zorita to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mugurel Răduț made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugurel Răduț having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute of play forced Fotbal Club Vaslui's goalkeeper Mugurel Răduț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. Mugurel Răduț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Mugurel Răduț. 22 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Fotbal Club Vaslui's Mugurel Răduț. Mugurel Răduț was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 28 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mugurel Răduț made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 33rd minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugurel Răduț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mugurel Răduț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 36th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Fotbal Club Vaslui defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mugurel Răduț. The Fotbal Club Vaslui fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mugurel Răduț should have stopped the shot. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mugurel Răduț. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mugurel Răduț. Mugurel Răduț dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Cristian Sancho in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mugurel Răduț, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A hard shot 53 in the game by Cristian Sancho from a close distance when the talented Mugurel Răduț managed to make a qualified save. Fotbal Club Vaslui's players were relieved. 56 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Mugurel Răduț proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Fotbal Club Vaslui from getting a goal against them. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mugurel Răduț. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Zorita scored 0-8 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mugurel Răduț, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Fotbal Club Vaslui getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Augustin Jivulescu hit a great ball. After 72 minutes of play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mugurel Răduț was left in no man's land by his defense there! 75 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mugurel Răduț narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mugurel Răduț made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 78th minute. The audience was convinced that Alex Potra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. With a little luck, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Mugurel Răduț got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Fotbal Club Vaslui's Mugurel Răduț.
