Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Black horses's Cipriano Sauveur started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Black horses's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. Diego Bradley was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakub Swierczok in the 14th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edward Mcdonald took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valdis Felbergs. Valdis Felbergs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Sauveur in the 27th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdis Felbergs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zach Harrison in the 28th minute of play. Valdis Felbergs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 30th minute of the match. Zach Harrison scored 0-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valdis Felbergs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 36th minute of play forced Black horses's goalkeeper Valdis Felbergs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdis Felbergs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jenson Smith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Cassius Byrne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdis Felbergs having to interfere. Valdis Felbergs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Mcdonald's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Valdis Felbergs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Black horses's Atso Joenväärä was substituted for Jakub Swierczok. In the 71st minute, Cipriano Sauveur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute of the match, Sam Campbell got a very nice opportunity to score, but Valdis Felbergs was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Valdis Felbergs made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Edward Mcdonald sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, USA's Raphael Moore got a free kick in the 83rd minute. USA were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Black horses's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jenson Smith took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Diego Bradley heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.
