Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ionică Iriza kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Felix Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vlad Belu was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 5th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Belu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Belu having to interfere. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Vlad Belu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Vlad Belu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 12th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Vlad Belu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Belu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Felix Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Montenegro couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vlad Belu. Vlad Belu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Daniel Zorita sped through English Fire's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vlad Belu. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Belu having to interfere. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind English Fire's goalkeeper Vlad Belu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 38 minutes English Fire's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ecuador's Luis Andino to fire away a dangerous shot which Vlad Belu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Vlad Belu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in English Fire's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlad Belu came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victor Andronache charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Andronache the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Victor Andronache hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vlad Belu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Vlad Belu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Vlad Belu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Vlad Belu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. English Fire's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Vlad Belu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 played minutes English Fire got a freekick which was hit by Lucian Bologa. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind English Fire's goalkeeper Vlad Belu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Agustín Saelices in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vlad Belu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 79 minutes in the game, Luis Andino fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vlad Belu having to interfere. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the match, English Fire's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Vlad Belu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vlad Belu. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. After 96 played minutes English Fire got a freekick which was hit by Victor Andronache. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
