Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Juarês Cearense hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Claudinho Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Claudinho Pinheiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Claudinho Pinheiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 15 played minutes Ceilândia Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Juarês Cearense. In the 17th minute, Armandinho Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. 27 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinho Pinheiro came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Juarês Cearense fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ceilândia Futebol Clube's protests and gave Juarês Cearense a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ceilândia Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Juarês Cearense hit a great ball. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ceilândia Futebol Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 35th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Pinheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. After 41 minutes, Jose Correa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Ceilândia Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elias Dante stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rui Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ceilândia Futebol Clube's Juarês Cearense got a free kick in the 56th minute. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. 61 minutes into the game, Claudinho Pinheiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Elias Dante took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ceilândia Futebol Clube's Elias Dante. But to his dismay, Elias Dante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Ceilândia Futebol Clube's Rui Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 82nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ceilândia Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Anaking Skywalker hit a great ball.
