Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zlatan Bilalov took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sven-Arne Tunström kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Grigor Ruski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 5th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zlatan Bilalov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th match minute, Lighters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svetlozar Kiryazov to maneuver through the defense. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Grigor Ruski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zlatan Bilalov showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Lighters's Grigor Ruski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 24th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Abraham Alguacil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Cotilla didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 41st minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Panama's Felipe Ros got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Radoy Semenov made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. When Abraham Alguacil came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Alguacil couldn't finish the play. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bilyan Leshtanski's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bilyan Leshtanski helped the player get up and apologised. Bilyan Leshtanski hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After having played for 79 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Sarmiento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute of the match Panama got a corner. Lighters's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abraham Alguacil ran over to the corner to take the kick. Panama's Abraham Alguacil was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Grigor Ruski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lighters's Grigor Ruski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Radoy Semenov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
