Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Koby Wright got free with Ray De Lauw in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ray De Lauw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray De Lauw saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jax Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ascencio Quintas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Canada's goalie and right to Jose-Manuel Jauregui. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Canada's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Vetusta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jax Williamson came out of the goal and Jose-Manuel Jauregui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Vetusta defense, Rohan Watson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ray De Lauw. The Vetusta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ray De Lauw should have stopped the shot. Ray De Lauw made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luka Harris in the 34th minute. Luka Harris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Ray De Lauw made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Canada's Rohan Watson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Vetusta were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Canada's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hanot Perdices took the corner. Ray De Lauw showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The Canada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0.
