Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Aloísio Lendaa scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Marioara Olaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Marioara Olaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aloísio Lendaa got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Guidetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Aloísio Lendaa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börje Albohm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aloísio Lendaa in the 29th minute of play. In the 35th match minute, Baxters Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Dijmărescu to maneuver through the defense. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Cornelio Olayo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baxters Boys's Börje Albohm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 41st minute of play. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. If Ennio Piccioli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aloísio Lendaa to make the kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aloísio Lendaa in the 52nd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Cornelio Olayo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Baxters Boys's Aloísio Lendaa. But to his dismay, Aloísio Lendaa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Baxters Boys made a substitution. Uzay Gencalp replaced Aloísio Lendaa. After 78 played minutes Baxters Boys got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Dijmărescu. Börje Albohm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 81st minute. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Baxters Boys's Börje Albohm did a great save. In the 82ndth minute of the game Uzay Gencalp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 84 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. After having played for 85 minutes, Uzay Gencalp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baxters Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uzay Gencalp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the game, Baxters Boys's Uzay Gencalp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Baxters Boys were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
