Barbas y Cosos's Koldobika Villagomez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Miranda in the 22nd minute of play. Iuri dos Santos charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iuri dos Santos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Iuri dos Santos hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tercero Pradias during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 33 played minutes Barbas y Cosos got a freekick which was hit by Tercero Pradias. When Aztore Ortubia fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barbas y Cosos's protests and gave Aztore Ortubia a yellow card for diving instead. Aztore Ortubia kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. If Eriberto Hortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Vítor de Salles to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 86thth minute of the game Tercero Pradias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marfim's Luciano de Moraes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
