In the 10th minute Janusz Marut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfried Landzaat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Artur Balkiewicz fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oppenhuizen's Ed Haydon got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Oppenhuizen's Wilfried Landzaat got control of the ball when Jedrzej Borczak tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th minute, Evert van Zomeren made a precise shot to the right of Florian Kaczanka. Wilcza SA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Janusz Marut to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Oppenhuizen's Ed Haydon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Florian Kaczanka. That made the score 1-4 after 75 minutes of play. After 78 played minutes Wilcza SA got a freekick which was hit by Tobiasz Czermak. Florian Kaczanka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ed Haydon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the game, Ed Haydon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Florian Kaczanka. Ed Haydon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. In the 84th minute, Jonathan Panter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florian Kaczanka was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Jedrzej Borczak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wilcza SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Jedrzej Borczak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfried Landzaat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Evert van Zomeren succeeded in the game's 89th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-7. 94 minutes into the game, Maciej Falkowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wilcza SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oppenhuizen the free kick. The Wilcza SA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Oppenhuizen's performance. The match ended with a win for Oppenhuizen.
