In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Göldere FK's goalkeeper Şahin Gagauz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hıncal Cihanmert during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sài Gòn booed when Göldere FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hıncal Cihanmert didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Sài Gòn's Lưu Thuyet got control of the ball when Gökmen Şafak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cenap Dengiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Lưu Thuyet made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Göldere FK's zone, Bùi Chi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şahin Gagauz came out of the goal and Bùi Chi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot by Mehmet Emre Bakkalbaşıoğlu from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Lưu Thuyet's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Lưu Thuyet made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Cenap Dengiz sent off a good shot on target. Sài Gòn's Lưu Thuyet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Sài Gòn from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mücahit Uğursal made a kick off. In the 50th match minute, Göldere FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gökmen Şafak to maneuver through the defense. Trần Teo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 played minutes Göldere FK got a freekick which was hit by Mücahit Uğursal. With a little luck, Göldere FK's Şahin Gagauz got control of the ball when Trần Teo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cenap Dengiz took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lưu Thuyet. Lưu Thuyet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Trần Teo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Şahin Gagauz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Gökmen Şafak notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Sài Gòn's Lưu Thuyet. Lưu Thuyet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 75th minute, Cenap Dengiz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Göldere FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. In the 84th minute Gökmen Şafak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lưu Thuyet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st match minute, Göldere FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ömer Akçakoca to maneuver through the defense. In the 94thth minute of the game Bùi Chi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Göldere FK's Şahin Gagauz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Göldere FK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
