Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Peter Flaa started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ognyan Pironkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uruguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Peter Flaa scored to the left of an out of position Joaquin Gayoso, making the score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, FC Pirates's Peter Flaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peter Flaa got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th minute of the match FC Pirates got a corner. Uruguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Toma Drashanski ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Toma Drashanski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joaquin Gayoso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 21 minutes into the game, FC Pirates's Peter Flaa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Pirates's Peter Flaa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. That made the score 3-0 after 28 minutes of play. If Bayan Pantev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, FC Pirates's Peter Flaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th minute of the match FC Pirates got a corner. Uruguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. FC Pirates's Toma Drashanski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joaquin Gayoso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Sainz during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Sainz to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 43 minutes, Peter Flaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Pirates's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Flaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 47 minutes of play, FC Pirates's Peter Flaa made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Bayan Pantev scored 5-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Toma Drashanski fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Pirates's protests and gave Toma Drashanski a yellow card for diving instead. Toma Drashanski hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, FC Pirates's Peter Flaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th minute of the match Toshko Dzhorgov sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquin Gayoso skillfully saved the ball. Peter Flaa took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 72nd minute, Peter Flaa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. FC Pirates's Saku Villanen was substituted for Valko Yazadzhiev. In the 80thth minute of the game Antoni Marichkov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Ognyan Pironkov in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matey Bochkov charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matey Bochkov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Pirates's Matey Bochkov got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Pirates's Antoni Marichkov. But to his dismay, Antoni Marichkov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Jorge Sainz hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After 90 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Escribano. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antoni Marichkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Antoni Marichkov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uruguay's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Pirates had won, even though Uruguay had held more of the ball.
