Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. 袁威凌 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. 袁威凌 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 袁威凌 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 54th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. 大汉·♀★海盗王杜蕾斯☆♂'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 袁威凌 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with 袁威凌 in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. 许崇崇 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 袁威凌 made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. 袁威凌 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 69th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darryl Nicholson in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, 许崇崇 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, 袁威凌 successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by 大汉·♀★海盗王杜蕾斯☆♂'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 袁威凌 having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 许崇崇, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 92nd play minutes Darryl Nicholson shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Julio Vera and just under the crossbar into goal. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 袁威凌 having to interfere. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because 大汉·♀★海盗王杜蕾斯☆♂ had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
