Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, KINGS FC's Silvano Semedo got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Germano Tristão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. 17 minutes into the game, KINGS FC's Américo Moura nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 20th minute of play forced KINGS FC's goalkeeper Germano Tristão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germano Tristão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute of the match Américo Moura sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano Tristão having to interfere. In the 29th minute, David Lamego hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Júlio Seabra sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. 44 minutes into the match, KINGS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Germano Tristão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KINGS FC's Germano Tristão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 44th minute of play. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when KINGS FC's Júlio Seabra fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Gustavo Vidal made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind KINGS FC's goalkeeper Germano Tristão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 53rd match minute, KINGS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Lamego to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Vidal in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, KINGS FC's goalkeeper Germano Tristão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomas Illescas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Germano Tristão. That made the score 1-1 in the 62 minute of play. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 84th minute shot 2-2 at rihgt post. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Germano Tristão when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Germano Tristão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Américo Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
