Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tonton Eren started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gigi Buffon came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ajax's goalkeeper Gigi Buffon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arturo Palladino hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klement Bryk, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. With a little luck, Ajax's Gigi Buffon got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ajax's Gigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ajax's Chad Smith got a free kick in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tonton Eren in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigi Buffon saved Ajax from getting behind. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gigi Buffon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute Tonton Eren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gigi Buffon. Ajax's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Lacasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Lacasa to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tonton Eren in the 55th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gigi Buffon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Tonton Erens short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Thiago Pliego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Chile booed when Ajax was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cheng Li Shi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gigi Buffon having to make a save. In the 75th minute, Orlando Casaus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Tonton Eren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ajax's Jacek Kieca was substituted for Wojtek Sokol. Mariano Lacasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigi Buffon having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 97th minute of play forced Ajax's goalkeeper Gigi Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chile fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ajax had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
